Services

Services include showroom promotion blueprints, dealer showroom launches, showroom merchandising systems, experience station design, trade partner showroom tours, and promotion staff briefings. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written scope and fee quotation define the binding engagement.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments or complete purchases. Any fees are agreed separately and invoiced offline.

Client responsibilities

Clients supply accurate brand, SKU, pricing, and showroom information needed to design programs. Delays in providing materials may shift timelines stated in the scope.

Intellectual property

Deliverables created under a paid engagement transfer as specified in that engagement. Site content, branding, and templates remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public commercial information shared for a brief or engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver the requested work.

Limitation of liability

Trade outcomes depend on dealer behaviour, visitor decisions, and market conditions outside our control. We are not liable for lost sales, listing decisions, or third-party actions. Liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where law prohibits limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for site use; active engagements follow their signed documents.
